Matthias Fritz studierte römisch-katholische Theologie an der Rheinischen Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn sowie an der Universität Wien und zu - letzt im Aufbaustudium „Pastoralpsychologie und Spiritualität" an der Philoso - phisch-Theologischen Hochschule Sankt Georgen in Frankfurt, wo auch seine Promotion erfolgte. Er ist Priester im Bistum Aachen und Hochschulseelsorger an der Katholischen Hochschulgemeinde Aachen.
