Love is killing the demon
A wonderful love-story about two serial killers travelling through the U.S. and letting always just 1 witness alive to tell their story... the script is very well written and its for the most people not simple to understand whats actually about in this story.. cause actually its about the Media/the News and not about two serial killers.. these are just the main characters, but you have always to read between the lines! .. how the News introduce serial killer to the people, so that the people start feeling sympathy for Mickey & Mallory...
Cause thats what the time, as this script was written, was. Media is talking about killers like Dahmer, Bundy, Manson or others like they want to show us, that they're just humans too, what is actually sick...
The Court Scene was awesome! Oliver stone should've put this scene into the movie cause its supporting the charakter of the unpredictable Mickey and the same with the Bodybuilder brothers scene!!!!!
I think the best sentence of the book was at the end, when Mickey explained Wayne Gale that he will die now, cause in Mickey's eyes, he is a parasite, that used them to make the story of his life, while he show it to the whole world... for me it seem like mickey and wayne are like 1 and the same person... a demonic creature that feeds itself with blood, but on different ways..
Its a very controverse book and if you just know the Movie, you should definetly read this Masterpiece!
