Ich bin 16 Jahre alt und das Buch ist mein absolutes Lieblings Buch ich hab selten so ein absolutes Meisterwerk gelesen die Charaktere sind komplex jedoch auch tiefgründig. Man sieht wie viel Mühe man sich mit den Charakteren gegeben hat und wie sie sich in der Story entwickeln. Es zeigt wunderschön was ohne Regeln passiert und wie schlimm sogar Kinder sein können wenn es drauf ankommt.

eindrucksvoll dargestellt, wie ne gruppe jungs ohne jegliche regeln auf einer insel das zusammenleben erleben. eigentlich zivilisierte jungs, die dem machtkampf verfallen und plötzlich auch nicht mehr vor mord zurückschrecken. geschrieben in leicht verständlichem englisch
