It would seem that you have taken the mission of developing yourself into the person you deserve to be seriously, being here, informing yourself about this book, almost ready to buy it. Well, I have one thing to tell you: Order it at first opportunity. It has it all: practical tips and methods, backed up by storytelling and some statistics, richly sprinkled with food for thought. And it doesn't waste your time, the first three direct tips you get are on the second page of the first chapter. If you use your idle time in the U-Bahn to and from work, uni or school, you'll be done with it in two to three weeks. I suggest rereading it and highlighting the practical stuff with a pen. Combine it with other books of this type such as "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie for an amplified effect.
