Ein schönes Einführungs- und Nachschlagewerk für alle, die sich (nicht nur) für grüne Magie interessieren!
Dieses Buch ist gefüllt mit Rezepten und Anleitungen, Übungen und Orientierungshilfen, einer Liste von Assoziationen, Pflanzenwissen und so viel mehr.
Mir gefällt, wie behutsam Murphy-Hiscock in das Thema einführt und einen dann weiter in die Tiefe führt. Dabei hält sie den/die Leser*in an der Hand wie eine liebevolle Mutter, während man seinen eigenen Weg zur, in und um die grüne Magie herum findet.
Was mir am meisten gefällt, ist, dass sie keine Liste von Muss- und Soll-Vorgaben macht. Ihr Ansatz ist nicht durch Regeln strukturiert und nur dann gültig, wenn man eine Reihe von Ritualen befolgt und ausführt. Die grüne Magie, die in diesem Buch beschrieben wird, kann im Alltäglichen gefunden werden, tief erforscht oder nach langer Abwesenheit immer wieder aufgegriffen werden.
