Ich bin ehrlich; ich habe "Genuine Fraud" nur gelesen, da ich von "We Were Liars", sowie von "Family Of Liars" recht angetan war und mehr von E. Lockhart lesen wollte. Dieses Buch hat mich nicht enttäuscht! Ganz im Gegenteil, es hat mich sehr positiv überrascht.
Die Geschichte ist rückwärts geschrieben und es gibt häufig Zeitsprünge weit in die Vergangenheit. Man erfährt zu Beginn, dass Jule West Williams, die Protagonistin, auf der Flucht zu sein scheint und erfährt dann Stück für Stück, warum. Es gibt Bücher mit diesem Prinzip natürlich zahlreich und auch schon lange, aber der Plot von "Genuine Fraud" ist für diese Erzählform ganz besonders geeignet.
Eine ganz klare Leseempfehlung!

Mit der Zusammenfassung hatte ich deutlich mehr erwartet, diese Erwartungen wurden leider nicht erfüllt. Nichts an der Story war wirklich überraschend oder hat mich gefesselt, schade
