Manning, C: README.txt A Memoir

This book touches on so many historically essential themes of politics in the Bush and Obama era: The Iraq war, prison, "Don't ask, don't tell", trans healthcare, and many more. It's so impressive for Chelsea Manning to have survived it all and to tell it with so much humor. I recommend this book to younger people, as the historical events mentioned in this book, at least for me, were not discussed in history class, nor in the news since I started to read them.
