Cherish Farrah A Novel

This book is a slow-burn social horror novel. Sometimes it was a bit tiring listening to Farrahs thoughts again and again. She ist reflecting herself and the relationship to her best friend Cherish, who she calls WGS (white girl spoiled), very much. It took some time until something really happened. I really like the idea of the book but how it was told did not convince me. It is a great book if you like slow burn and are not waiting for a lot of shocking or creepy moments. It was great that the book mentioned serious topics like white privilege, class and belonging.
