Was ein Genuss Tessa Bailey ist zu eine meiner Lieblingsautorinnen mutiert. Wer dieses Buch liest muss unbedingt auch das andere lesen aus der Reihe. Ich habe mitgefühlt, mitgefiebert, mitgeweint und mitgelacht. Es ist runs der Bücher dass man einfach nicht mehr weglegen kann. Man muss wissen wie es weitergeht.

Hook, Line, and Sinker is the newest book of Tessa Bailey and it’s the second book to the Bellinger Sisters Series. The first one, It happened one summer, already introduced us to Hannah and Fox and their story is just stunning. Hannah is a beautiful person who sees the world in music and I loved that aspect so much. She works in the film industry as an assistant and when they need a new set for their movie, she suggest Westport and that is how she goes back there. She was born in this small fishing town, but has no memories of it and in this book she finds a bit more of a connection to it. Her sister Piper from the first book lives there, but they don’t have space in their house and so she moves in with Fox while she is in Westport. And Fox is just everything and I need a Fox of my own. A lot of people think he is a player and is nothing more than a one-night stand. While some of this is true, you can also change as a person and that is what happens when he meets Hannah and starts to reflect on his life. Yet a lot of people don’t see that and that was so sad. Fox is just amazing and all the little things he did like buying a record player because it reminds him of Hannah or putting a salt lamp in her room so she feels more at home are just a few examples of that. Their relationship was just so wholesome and I adored it so much. It is a friends-to-lovers romance and I loved to follow their development into more. Especially their texts to each other were incredible and both are so supportive of the other. This story is one of my new favorite books ever and I highly recommend it.
