An interesting view on meditation. Very useful for anybody who wants to find some release from the stress in our modern life. The book is not just a pleasant, funny lecture: it also gives an introduction on meditation techniques as well as yielding some help in facing the typical problems that arise when trying to meditate for the first time. Very instructive, funny and useful for everyone. I would recommend it to anybody who doesn't feel completely satisfied with his/her own life, or who sometimes feels like a fish swimming around in a fish bowl...

Es brauchte ein wenig, dass ich mit dem Schreibstil von Dan Harris zurechtkam, aber nach einer Weile hat er mir sehr gut gefallen. Seine Erfahrungen mit Meditation und Achtsamkeit sind spannend. Was er schlussendlich über die Jahre hinweg gelernt hat gibt er als Tips weiter, ich denke davon kann jeder zumindest ein wenig profitieren.
