Something Unexpected is the newest Vi Keeland solo book and this is another fantastic story. I especially loved the message of this book to live life to its fullest with trying out new things and to not focus on what others think about you.   This is Nora and Beck‘s story and these two meet under unusual circumstances as Nora is friends with Beck‘s grandma Louise and they travel together. Their adventures are amazing, hilarious, and so full of life and I loved it. At the same time the book has a serious undertone as it shows what it's like to live with a threatening disease.   Beck is such a great man who is also a father to an adorable girl. He isn’t afraid to feel and tries to be positive and that’s what I loved most about him. Both protagonists are like lights who shine on others to make them feel loved.   This story is so captivating and unpredictable and I loved to follow along Nora and Beck‘s sides. And somewhere in between they fall for each other and that was just beautiful. If you want to read a heartfelt romance, definitely check out this one.
