 is TESOL Professor/Director of the doctoral programme at Anaheim University, USA and Professor of Applied Linguistics at KMUTT, Thailand. He is Editor-in-Chief of the journal 
Innovation in Language Learning and Teaching 
and edits the book series New Language Learning and Teaching Environments for Palgrave Macmillan. His interests are in educational technology, learner autonomy, and out-of-class learning.


Pham Vu Phi Ho 
is an associate dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Van Lang University, Vietnam. He was previously a Vice-President of Ba Ria – Vung Tau University and Vice-President and Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Van Hien University, Vietnam.
