Satish Chinchanikar, PhD, is currently working as a Professor at the Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, India. His main research interest is in advanced manufacturing processes and machining of hard alloys using coated tools. He has over 25 years of teaching and industry experience and has published over 100 papers in international journals and conferences. He has authored a book chapter on finish machining of hardened steels published by Elsevier and a textbook on advanced manufacturing processes.
