Paulette A. Kerr is a Campus Librarian at The University of the West Indies (The UWI) Mona. Her areas of expertise and research include Special Collections, Information Literacy, Reference Services, Outreach and Library Management.

Nicola A. Palmer is a Public Services librarian at Oakwood University in Huntsville Alabama. She holds a BA (Literatures in English) and a MLIS from The University of the West Indies, Mona. Her interests are in liaison librarianship, the role of media and information literacy in student success and quality standards within academic libraries.

Jessica Lewis Marshall is a Senior Librarian at The UWI Mona Library. Her areas of expertise and research include Special Collections, Information Literacy, Reference Services, Outreach and Library Management.

David A. Drysdale is a University Librarian at the University of Technology, Jamaica. His experience in Library and Information spans over 40 years, having served in the Jamaica Library Service.
