Prof. S. Sathees kumaran is the Dean of Research and Development at Anurag University, Hyderabad, India. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades in teaching, industry, and research, his interests lie in signal processing, computer vision, machine learning, and digital healthcare. He published a book on intelligent computing for sustainable development as part of the Springer CCIS book series proceedings. Dr. Sathees kumaran edited special issues and books on intelligent computing, internet of things and sustainable development for renowned publishers such as Inderscience, Emerald, and Springer. His scholarly achievements include the publication of over 50 research papers in SCI/Scopus-indexed journals and well-regarded conferences.

Dr. S. Sridevi has been an Associate Professor with the Department of Information Technology, Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India, since 2006. She has the self-drive and motivation to publish research work in reputed journals and conferences. She has published more than 55 papers in journals and conferences. She acts as a reviewer in various SCI and Scopus-indexed technical journals. Her research interests include temporal data analytics, computer graphics, data science, and machine learning.

Prof. Dr. Yu-Dong Zhang (Eugene) worked as a postdoc at Columbia University and an Assistant Research Scientist at RFMH, USA. He was a Full Professor at Nanjing Normal University and is now a professor at the University of Leicester, UK. His research focuses on deep learning and medical image analysis. He is a Fellow of IET, EAI, BCS, and a Senior Member of IEEE, IES, and ACM. He has been recognized as a Highly Cited Researcher and has over 50 ESI Highly Cited Papers. His Google Scholar citations exceed 21,000 (h-index 81), and he has led numerous successful academic and industrial projects.

Prof. Valentina E. Balas is currently Full Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, Romania. She holds a Ph.D. Cum Laude, in Applied Electronics and Telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Dr. Balas is author of more than 400 research papers in refereed journals and International Conferences. Her research interests are in Intelligent Systems, Fuzzy Control, Soft Computing, Smart Sensors, Information Fusion, Modeling and Simulation. She is the Editor-in Chief to International Journal of Advanced Intelligence Paradigms (IJAIP) and to International Journal of Computational Systems Engineering (IJCSysE), member in Editorial Board member of several national and international journals and is evaluator expert for national, international projects She is a member of European Society for Fuzzy Logic and Technology (EUSFLAT), member of Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) and a Senior Member IEEE, member in Technical Committee - Fuzzy Systems (IEEE Computational Intelligence Society).

Dr. Tzung-Pei Hong (M'99) received the B.S. degree in chemical engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1985 and the Ph.D. degree in computer science and information engineering from National Chiao-Tung University, HsinChu, Taiwan, in 1992.,From 1987 to 1994, he was with the Laboratory of Knowledge Engineering, National Chiao-Tung University, where he was involved in applying techniques of parallel processing to artificial intelligence. He was an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science, Chung-Hua Polytechnic Institute, from 1992 to 1994, and at the Department of Information Management, I-Shou University (originally Kaohsiung Polytechnic Institute) from 1994 to 1999. He was a Professor at the I-Shou University from 1999 to 2001.
