Honey

I am still not entirely sure how I feel about this book. I picked it up because the cover caught my eye and when I read the blurb, it sounded like a fun and thrilling story. Which it was, in some ways. Ysra is a PhD student at Camebridge, and from the very first chapter we learn that she's bored in life, that the sex she used to get a high off just doesn't work anymore. Then, even though she didn't intend to, she kills a professor from her university, and finds the thrill she was missing in her life. From then on, she kills bad men; mysogonists who wronged her or other women, and thinks of it as an act of feminism. I liked the way the whole killing was linked to her thesis, and the way she delved deeper and deeper into her obsession with it. I also liked the themes explored in the books, however, parts of the story were a bit lengthy, and I also still think about wether or not I liked the ending.
