Drawing from financial data of listed firms in the PROWESS database, it correlates Total Factor Productivity (TFP) with key financial ratios, reducing them via PCA and SEM to identify productivity drivers. The SD model built using IThink software enables dynamic analysis and policy simulation. Sensitivity analysis guides strategic financial planning for sustained productivity. This research offers a holistic framework to support policymakers and managers in improving productivity across the apparel industry.
