(KLAPPENTEXT) Ich habe echt versucht, dieses Buch zu mögen. Ich liebe Ana Huang und ihre Bücher so sehr, aber dieses Buch konnte mich einfach nicht überzeugen. Abgesehen davon, dass es sich angefühlt hat, dass ich auf Wattpad etwas lese anstelle von einem Ana Huang Buch, habe ich den Plot leider auch nicht sehr gemocht. Vor allem Richtung Ende. Ich mag es allgemein nicht, wenn ein Buch in zwei Bände eingeteilt wird. Ich fand tatsächlich die Liebesstory von Farrah und Blake echt unfassbar süß und herzerwärmend bis er sich entschieden hat über die Ferien bei einem One-Night-Stand betrunken seine Ex-Freundin zu schwängern (WTF?). Der Cheating/Fremdgehen Trope gefällt mir gar nicht. Es hat mein Herz während des Lesens unzählige male gebrochen und ich wollte nur mit dem lesen abbrechen. Ich lese gerade Band 2 von dem Duett, und (hoffe) dass es sich um ein (sehr großes) Missverständnis handelt.
