Lim, E: Spin the Dawn

This book was very fast paced end it felt like a fairytale. Elizabeth Lim created a fantasy novel full of cute and satisfying romance, fairytale like writing and lovely characters. And the cover is STUNNING!

„Project Runway meets Mulan“ was a very interesting teaser sentence in my opinion but I think it fits the book perfectly. I enjoyed the writing style and the book had me hooked from the first sentence. I spend every free minute of the day reading it. Personally, I like both covers because they fit the vibe of the story really good! I liked the characters and cant wait to read more about Maia and her journey. The plot was also really interesting and there wasn’t a minute of my reading time that felt boring. Conclusion If you are looking for a good YA Fantasy book with an interesting storyline, I think this book might be for you I give 5 from 5 Stars I give 5 from 5 Stars

Ich würde lügen, wenn ich behaupten würde ich hätte das Buch nicht vor allem wegen des wunderschön illustrierten Covers gekauft. Aber auch abseits davon ist Spin the Dawn einfach sehr lesenswert... Und ein bisschen so, als hätte man Mulan und Cinderella zusammengeworfen. Wer auf der Suche nach einer unterhaltsamen, wunderschönen und asiatisch angehauchten Fantasy-Story ist, sollte sich dieses Buch nicht entgehen lassen.
