Our seven demigods have been separated - as we can painfully remember from the end of the last book - Percy and Annabeth are in Tartaros and the rest of the team is still aboard the Argo II. But both groups have the same goal: To close the Doors of Death! The book at hand is the best installment in the whole Percy Jackson Universe; it is at least my most favourite part ever. The story is as exciting as it ever was and all the characters go through such great developments - Gods, it is just so awesome. Especially the chapters with Percy and Annabeth being in Tartaros are a highlight and a delight.
