Portrait

Antonio Fábregas is Professor of Linguistics (NTNU) specialising in the syntax and semantics of words from a Nanosyntactic perspective. He is the author of 9 monographs, including The fine-grained structure of the lexical area (Benjamins, 2024), and more than 200 articles on these topics.

Laia Mayol is an Associate Professor in the Department of Translation and Language Sciences at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Her research focuses on formal and experimental pragmatics, particularly on information and discourse structure, non-truth-conditional meaning, and the production and interpretation of anaphora, areas in which she has published extensively.

Clàudia Pons-Moll is a Full Professor in the Department of Catalan Philology and General Linguistics at the University of Barcelona. Her work focuses on phonology, linguistic variation, and theoretical linguistics, with particular attention to Catalan and other Romance languages. She has a substantial record of publications in these areas.

Yanina Prystauka is a postdoctoral researcher (UiB) specializing in the cognitive neuroscience of language. Her work explores how ageing and multilingual experience shape language processing and representation. She has published across psycholinguistics and neurolinguistics and contributed to the study of language and cognition through editorial and conference-organizing work.
