Jian Lin is a Professor and Graduate Supervisor. He is currently the Director of the Institute of Wound Prevention and Treatment at Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences and concurrently serves as Director of the Orthopaedic Repair and Reconstruction Center at Chongming Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences. His research and clinical work have long focused on microsurgical repair and reconstruction for limb fractures associated with skin, vascular, nerve, tendon, and bone defects. His main areas of expertise include finger replantation, toe-to-hand reconstruction, the diagnosis and treatment of chronic refractory wounds such as pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, osteomyelitis, bone nonunion, and osteonecrosis, as well as limb deformity correction and functional reconstruction.



Yongqing Xu is a Professor and Director of the Department of Orthopaedics at the 920th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. His specialties include the management of complex trauma and microsurgical reconstructive procedures, particularly flap transplantation for the repair of skin, soft tissue, and bone defects of the extremities, as well as the treatment of osteomyelitis and chronic wounds.



Zairong Wei is a Professor, Vice President of the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University, and Director of the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery. His expertise includes microsurgery, flap transplantation, the treatment of complex chronic wounds, diabetic foot management, chronic osteomyelitis, and reconstructive scar surgery.



Hui Liu is a Chief Physician, Vice President of the Third People's Hospital of Guizhou Province, and Academic Leader of the Department of Plastic Surgery. He specializes in limb and finger replantation, traumatic reconstructive surgery, and wound repair.



Tianhao Zhang is an Attending Physician at Chongming Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences. His clinical expertise focuses on the microsurgical management of hand injuries, as well as the treatment and reconstruction of chronic ulcers, pressure injuries, and diabetic foot wounds.
