Man bekommt ein sehr schönes und Authentisches Kochbuch mit tollen Rezepten. Allerdings werden hier Authentische Zutaten verwendet die man nicht so einfach bekommt, wer ein Buch über die Japanische Küche sucht aber alle Zutaten im normalem Supermarkt oder Asiashop einkaufen möchte, sollte sich diese Buch nicht zulegen. Es werden auch keine Alternativen zu den Zutaten angegeben. Hier müsste man selber ausprobieren.
