a pretty good continuation from the first part of the triology. I really enjoyed the pacing of when thinks happened and the end was really chefs kiss for me. I can definetly recommend the series up to this point and i'm excited how the Story ends.

Ich konnte Band 2 nicht aus den Händen legen. Es ist noch besser als Band 1. Die Geschichte von Evangeline und Jacks geht in Runde 2. Sie treffen auf Lala und Luc während dem Buch. Die Dynamik zwischen Jacks und Evangeline gefällt mir immer besser und man fiebert mit beiden mit. Kann es wirklich nur empfehlen.

My year 2024 has definitive his highlight and it is this beautiful book! “The Ballad of Never After” is the 2nd book in the “Once Upon A Broken Heart” series and is even more fabulous than the first book, although I quite liked that one too. Evangeline and Jacks' story is simply a dream that immerses you straight into a wonderful fairy tale. The big BookTok hype for this series definitely didn't disappoint me this time. I read the book in one sitting and was able to escape from reality for a few hours and spend my time in “Magnificent North”. Stephanie Garber is definitely one of the best authors when it comes to young adult/fantasy novels. I would read any of her books and recommend them wholeheartedly.
