While the covers of this series continue to be terribly hideous, the books continue to be freaking amazing! Again, I read this book in one sitting, it was very, very much addicting to read. Nevada is still strong and very tough, I love her even more than in the first book. Luckily, we get to know more about the Baylor family and interesting secrets are revealed. There is more depth to Rogan, he is not just a sociopath anymore. The plot is well woven and the suspense nearly killed me while reading this book. The action scenes were awesome and the tension was palpable. The worldbuilding was further developed in this installment which was something I very much hoped for, so - awesome! Now I am eagerly awaiting the third book, Wildfire, which, fortunately, comes out in August, so I don't have to wait too long.
