Ich habe „The Will of the Many“ von James Islington wirklich geliebt. Der Schreibstil ist unglaublich fesselnd, und besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie viel Bedeutung manche Szenen hatten, ohne dass überhaupt etwas ausgesprochen wurde. Man konnte richtig mit Vis mitfühlen und seine Gedanken und Konflikte sehr gut nachvollziehen. Im Laufe der Geschichte werden immer mehr Handlungsstränge miteinander verbunden, besonders gegen Ende. Gleichzeitig bleiben aber noch einige Fragen offen – genug, um einen sofort neugierig auf den nächsten Band zu machen. Für mich definitiv ein Buch, bei dem ich am liebsten direkt weiterlesen würde. ✨
