Wormwood Manor is a story going back as far as 1000 years and more. It is about two brothers young teens who inherit the Wormwood Manor Estate and the Dreco Gorge a geological formation created from the time of the last Ice age melt off and full of secrets the two teens learn from their late 3rd cousin, Lord Dreco Wormwood, their Grandfathers first cousin. The year is 2022 somewhere in the alternate universe in the United States. Bill Williams, and George Williams our brothers are arriving with their father, James the new trustee of the Wormwood Estate and wealth in a very isolated area among 28 square miles of forest and the Dreco Gorge. There they meet Tim Brennan, another teen in their age group, and Mary his younger sister. The children of the Estate's grounds keeper and housekeeper of the manor, Tom and Agatha Brennan. A third and fourth generation of Brennan's to serve the Wormwood's. Tim bonds with Bill and George and Mary has a crush on George being the same age. Tim is protective of his younger sister as any older brother should be. The William brothers must adjust to being young Lords of the Wormwood legacy and a major landowner in the area. As teens they deal with town bullies and secrets. Soon the boys learn that the best secret is one that is never shared and for a thousand years the Dreco Gorge has kept it a secret until now. What was once a myth is real, and like most myths they are based on truths long forgotten. A truth that comes flying out of the Dreco Gorge one night.
