Im Vordergrund bei der Problembetrachtung sollten vor allem die tiefe existentielle Wünsche des eigenen Ichs stehen. Um zu beginnen s... Die Autorin präsentiert in diesem Buch eine fast von selbst sprechende (Be-)Handlungsweise, die sowohl für den Privatmensch im Alltag als für professionelle Therapeuten als Leitfaden dienen kann. Im Vordergrund bei der Problembetrachtung sollten vor allem die tiefe existentielle Wünsche des eigenen Ichs stehen. Um zu beginnen sollte man bei Schwierigkeiten im Alltag, diese Schwierigkeiten erstmal als Problem widmen (Showing up), sich Zeit und Gelegenheit geben das Problem im Augenschau zu nehmen und im breiteren Perspektiv zu sehen (Stepping out). Dabei sollte man vor allem auf seinen eigenen tiefen Wünsche und Überlegungen achten (Walking your why), um letztendlich souverän seinen Lebenslauf weiterzumachen (Moving on). Im letztem Kapitel fügt Frau Dr. Susan Cain (psychologe) dann für die flexibelen Eltern auch noch einige pädagogische Empfehlungen dazu. Sehr wichtiges Buch (Im New York Times wurde es beurteilt als 'Essential Reading'), das mit alltäglichen, teils witzigen Beispielen gut zu lesen ist.
